Agata Gąsiorowska is a Full Professor of Psychology and Deputy Director of the Institute of Psychology at SWPS University in Wrocław, Poland.

She is President-Elect of the International Association for Research in Economic Psychology, President-Elect of Division 9 — Economic Psychology of the International Association for Applied Psychology, and Vice-President of the Committee of Psychology of the Polish Academy of Sciences.

She is affiliated with the Center for Research in Economic Behavior. Her research focuses on social psychology, the psychology of money, and consumer behaviour, with particular emphasis on attitudes toward money, financial literacy, and market mentality.

She has authored more than 100 articles published in prestigious journals, including Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, Journal of Experimental Psychology: Applied, Journal of Experimental Social Psychology, Psychological Science, and Psychological Assessment.

She teaches basic and advanced research methods in psychology, including psychometrics and data analysis.
