Państwo i Społeczeństwo / State and Society is an open access journal. All articles published in the journal are made freely and permanently available online immediately after publication, without subscription fees, embargo periods, or registration barriers.

The journal provides open access to its content in order to support the global exchange of scientific knowledge and to increase the visibility, accessibility, and impact of published research. Readers are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, and link to the full texts of published articles in accordance with the applicable Creative Commons licence.

The journal publishes articles under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License, CC BY-NC-ND 4.0, unless otherwise stated. Państwo i Społeczeństwo / State and Society operates in a diamond open access model. The journal does not charge authors any submission fees, editorial processing charges, article processing charges, page charges, colour charges, or publication fees.
