Zlatko Nedelko, Ph.D.

Zlatko Nedelko is a Full Professor of Management and Organization at the University of Maribor, Faculty of Economics and Business, Slovenia.
His main research interests include management, business ethics, social responsibility, work values, Generation Z, and digitalization.
He was a visiting researcher at the Vienna University of Economics and Business in Austria and at Vilnius Gediminas Technical University in Lithuania. He has also served as a visiting professor at Vilnius Kolegija in Lithuania and at Óbuda University in Budapest, Hungary. He is a visiting professor and researcher at Corvinus University Budapest as a senior research fellow.
His academic bibliography includes more than 50 original scientific papers, 85 conference contributions, 5 monographs, 1 management textbook, and 38 chapters in edited books.
He has published in peer-reviewed scholarly journals, including Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Business Research, Review of Managerial Science, Journal for East European Management Studies, International Journal of Physical Distribution & Logistics Management, Journal of Business Economics and Management, Transformations in Business and Economics, and Engineering Economics.
He has co-authored books published by Routledge, Pearson, Palgrave Macmillan, and IGI Global.
He has led more than ten projects funded by the Slovene Human Resource Development and Scholarship Fund and numerous projects supporting scientific cooperation between Slovenia and countries including the United States of America, Germany, Russia, Hungary, Serbia, Croatia, Norway, Finland, Lithuania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Montenegro, funded by the Slovenian Research Agency.
He currently leads the Slovenian part of the Interreg Danube project Danube4SEecosystem. He has also participated in other projects, including Fostering Entrepreneurship in Higher Education – Fosenthe and the Interreg Slovenia–Austria project Smart Production. He is a member of the programme group Entrepreneurship for Innovative Society.
