Prof. Mladen Vukomanović, PhD

Mladen Vukomanović is Full Professor at the University of Zagreb Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Construction Management.

His academic and professional work combines construction management, project management and digital transformation in the built environment. His research interests include Building Information Modeling, performance management, key performance indicators, business excellence, project management competencies, methods, structures and processes, and information technology in project management.

He teaches courses related to construction management, Building Information Modeling, construction equipment, construction project management, project management, and information systems for managers.

He has been involved in research projects and software development for construction management, including the GALA software project, and has authored numerous publications, including books, journal articles and conference papers.

He also serves as Managing Editor of the international scientific journal Organization, Technology & Management in Construction and is active in international professional organizations, including the International Project Management Association, IPMA Croatia and buildingSMART Croatia.
