Karol Konaszewski is Associate Professor at the University of Bialystok, Faculty of Education, Poland.
His academic work focuses on pedagogy, health pedagogy, criminology and personality psychology, with particular attention to individual and social resources, resilience, social adaptation and educational functioning.
His research and publications address issues such as educational resilience, sense of coherence, self-efficacy, stress coping, aggression, forgiveness, and adaptive and non-adaptive functioning among young people and socially maladjusted youth.
His scholarly activity combines pedagogical, psychological and criminological perspectives, especially in studies concerning social inclusion, resocialization, well-being, and the role of personal resources in educational and developmental contexts.
He is also active in academic publishing and educational research, including work connected with the development of pedagogy and interdisciplinary studies on education, personality and social functioning.
