The journal Studies in Law: Research Papers is published by the AFM Publishing House on behalf of the Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Krakow University. It has been published since 2005 as an academic journal, and since 2016, the journal's primary publication has been an electronic version. Currently, Studies in Law: Research Papers is an annual issue.

Studies in Law: Research Papers is a peer-reviewed academic journal whose guiding principle is to create a space for informed and multidimensional debate on contemporary and future challenges to law.
