Aims and Scope

Studia Prawnicze. Rozprawy i Materiały / Studies in Law: Research Papers is a peer-reviewed academic journal dedicated to providing a platform for rigorous, multidimensional debate on current and future challenges facing the law.

The articles published in the journal address key issues essential to the advancement of legal scholarship and practice, encompassing both dogmatic (doctrinal) and critical-analytical approaches. The journal places a particular focus on the intersection of law, technology, and society, exploring topics such as artificial intelligence, the medicine of tomorrow, legal digitalization, bioethics, and modern justice systems. Our mission is to advance the discourse on the "law of the future"—reflecting on how dynamic technological, scientific, and social progress shapes and transforms contemporary legal systems.

The scope of the journal encompasses all fundamental branches of law, both public and private. We welcome and publish original research articles, case commentaries (glosses), and case studies spanning constitutional, criminal, civil, administrative, medical, international, and new technology law, among other fields.

The journal is addressed to an international audience of legal scholars, researchers, policy makers, judges, and practicing lawyers.
