Authors retain copyright and full publishing rights to their articles published in Studia Prawnicze. Rozprawy i Materiały / Studies in Law: Research Papers. The journal supports transparent, lawful, and responsible dissemination of scholarly publications.
Author Rights and Publisher’s Rights
Authors retain copyright and grant the journal right of first publication, with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons licence that allows others to share the work for non-commercial purposes with an acknowledgement of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal.
By submitting and publishing a manuscript in Studia Prawnicze. Rozprawy i Materiały / Studies in Law: Research Papers, authors grant the Publisher a non-exclusive licence to disseminate the published version of record through the journal’s website, indexing databases, institutional repositories, and other scholarly communication channels.
