Authors retain copyright to their work published in Państwo i Społeczeństwo / State and Society.
By submitting and publishing a manuscript in the journal, authors grant the Publisher the right of first publication and the right to disseminate the published version of record through the journal’s website, indexing databases, repositories, and other scholarly communication channels.
Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License, CC BY-NC-ND 4.0, unless otherwise stated. Under this licence, users may copy and redistribute the published article in any medium or format for non-commercial purposes, provided that:
- the original author or authors are properly credited;
- the original source of publication is cited;
- a link to the licence is provided;
