Authors retain copyright and full publishing rights to their work published in Medicine and Public Health. The journal supports transparent, lawful, and responsible dissemination of scholarly publications.
Author Rights and Publisher’s Rights
Authors retain copyright and publishing rights without restrictions to their articles published in the journal.
By submitting and publishing a manuscript in Medicine and Public Health, authors grant the Publisher the right of first publication and the right to disseminate the published version of record through the journal’s website, indexing databases, repositories, and other scholarly communication channels.

Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial–NoDerivatives 4.0 International Licence — CC BY-NC-ND 4.0, unless otherwise stated.
